Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MWcollective.co! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases you make from us.


1. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.


2. We offer custom promotional merchandise and apparel. Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once production begins.
  • Proofs or mockups must be approved before fulfillment.
  • MWcollective.co is not liable for delays caused by client errors (e.g., incorrect artwork or addresses).


3. Prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Full payment may be required before production unless otherwise agreed upon.


4. We ship via trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.


5. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item is defective, or
  • The error is our fault

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


6. All content on this website (logos, designs, photos, etc.) is the property of MWcollective.co. You may not use or reproduce without permission.


7. MWcollective.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or website.


8. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Return and Refund Policy

At MWcollective.co, we create custom-branded merchandise and apparel tailored specifically for each client. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a conservative return policy in place to ensure clarity and protect the integrity of our services.


All Sales Are Final:

Once an order has been approved and enters production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom merchandise unless an item is defective or a production error has occurred.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. After this window, we may be unable to assist with replacements or refunds.

To report an issue, email info@mwcollective.co with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.


What Is Not Covered:

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Slight variations in size, color, or design placement that fall within industry tolerances
  • Issues resulting from incorrect information, design files, or approvals provided by the customer


Proof Approval Policy:

All custom orders include a digital proof or mockup for client approval. It is the client’s responsibility to review all details carefully. Once final approval is given, MWcollective.co is not liable for any errors, omissions, or design issues present in the approved proof.


Shipping Issues:

MWcollective.co is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. We will, however, assist in filing a claim if needed.
